Teams & Data / Licensing

Clear rights.
For the way you work.

Use 51 Intel for internal research. Agree additional rights when your team needs to integrate, deliver or distribute our intelligence.

Pro is for your internal work.

One named user can research, compare and analyze within 51 Intel. Limited attributed excerpts and occasional company-profile sharing within your organization are permitted under the Terms of Use. Pro does not include client-report, redistribution, resale or white-label rights.

Custom rights / Teams & Data

A licence that defines your use.

Custom rights require a signed Teams & Data agreement. Choose the permissions you need; a team subscription does not automatically include every right below.

Team access
Multiple named users for internal work, with agreed AI allowances, billing and onboarding.
Internal data integrations
Approved datasets and delivery methods for specified internal systems, with agreed volume, storage and retention limits.
Client reports
Express permission to use agreed excerpts or outputs in client deliverables, with defined recipients and attribution.
Redistribution, resale and white label
Separately negotiated rights. Each must be expressly granted in writing and is subject to the rights available for the underlying sources.

API access is not a resale licence.

API access does not include redistribution or resale rights. API keys are off by default and enabled manually. An API key, MCP connection, export or credit purchase does not expand your licence.

Approved AI assistants may retrieve and analyze content for the permitted internal use. That does not authorize model training, public sharing or building a substitute database. Third-party source restrictions still apply.

Agree the scope. Then connect.

Tell us who needs access, which data you need and how you will use it. We agree the users, datasets, recipients, delivery, usage limits, retention, attribution, fees and term in a signed order form and any required licence addendum. We then enable the agreed access.

This page is a guide, not a grant of additional rights. Your Terms of Use and any signed agreement govern. The signed agreement takes precedence for its expressly agreed scope.
